Hi Vladimir. A gift paid by a person who is not living in the Netherlands is tax free in the Netherlands. This would only be different if the person who gives you the money has the Dutch nationality and left the Netherlands less than 10 years ago, or has a foreign nationality and left the Netherlands less than 1 year ago.
