I have left the Netherlands 3 years ago and will come back. Is my sofinumber still valid?

Yes, your sofinumber is still valid. A sofinumber will remain valid for your entire life. If you don't know your sofinumber anymore you can go the nearest tax office and there they will tell you your sofinumber. Do not forget your passport if you go to the tax authorities.
