I get an error message when I want to send my Dutch tax return with my DIGID

Dear Arjan, I am trying to
fill my income tax return with the online program. Whenever I try to send it through with my DIGI ID, I am getting the message that there is a
"Technische fout" and you have been logged out automatically. Similar
thing is happening when I am trying to send the application for care allowance
using Digi ID. Please help me!
It looks like something is
wrong with your DIGID. Your login codes may be wrong, or the DIGID is blocked
or deactivated because you haven't used it for more than 1.5 years. I suggest
that you apply for a new DIGID and activate it when this is requested. Also
make sure that the municipality always has your up to date address and that your
official address matches the address you declare in your tax return.
