To be able to request a provisional refund we need the following information:

• If you are not yet a client: a completed client questionnaire
• A rough estimate of your taxable income in the year in which you would like to receive a provisional refund. Taxable income is the gross income minus the 30% ruling. The taxable income is needed to calculate the tax rate.
• WOZ value of the property, year end statement from the mortgage from last year or the offer from the mortgage lender if you just bought the property. In that case also include the statement of account from the notary.
• If you have other income (freelance/business): a specification of the expected (net) income.
