From which date can I request a provisional refund for next year? |

You can request a provisional refund for the following year from the beginning of November of the current year. This depends on the moment the software becomes available. It can happen that the software is already available on November 1.
If the request is filed before December 1 the tax authorities should start paying out the refund on January 15 of the next year.
If you are already receiving a provisional refund but haven't received a confirmation (before December 1) that you will also receive a provisional for the next year you may also have to request it again, otherwise it may not continue automatically.
