Expatax is founded in 2002 as a one man company, changed to a partnership in 2003 and to a limited company in 2004. Currently Expatax employs several advisors and works with several external advisors and has a joint venture with activpayroll Ltd in the UK for world wide payroll solutions. We are specialized in assisting expats and (foreign) companies. Our office is located in Utrecht. From here we assist clients thoughout the whole country and the rest of the world.

Arjan Enneman, partner
Arjan Enneman studied Fiscal Economics in Eindhoven, followed education programs at the Dutch College of Tax advisors where he became Certified Tax Advisor, did a bachelor Fiscal Law at the University of Tilburg and currently doing a master Fiscal Law at the University of Groningen. He also did many other courses and studies concerning taxation, business administration, insurances and mortgages. Arjan is dealing with income tax returns and general tax advice for expats (employees and freelancers) and companies in the Netherlands. He also assists with establishing businesses in the Netherlands. |

Bart van Meijl, partner
Bart van Meijl studied at the Utrecht School of Arts before he started his career as a tax consultant. After his study at the Utrecht School of Arts he studied Fiscal Law. He worked as a senior tax consultant for Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touche and Horlings, Brouwer & Horlings in Amsterdam where he was responsible for the key clients of these firms. He is a member of the Dutch College of Tax Advisors. Bart manages the international payrolls and provides general tax advice. |

The Bureau Financial Supervision (“BFT”) is an autonomous administrative authority which is set up by the Ministry of Justice and is responsible for the supervision in connection with legislation on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism regarding the following professionals: (junior)civil-law notaries, lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, business consultants and independent legal advisers. In 2010 Expatax was audited by this Bureau and passed the test. |
