Application 30% ruling
It is very important that the application is filed together with all the necessary documents.
For more information about the required documents you can also have a look at our brochure. We don't need the original documents, copies are fine. These can also be sent to us by email (payroll at expatax.nl) or fax (+31 30 2468537). If you call us choose for the payroll department in the telephone menu.
Necessary documents
- Copy of the employment contract. This employment contract must include a statement about the 30% ruling or a separate appendix concerning the 30% ruling must be used. We can create this appendix for you.
- A job description (if available).
- Copy of work permit (if applicable).
- Your curriculum vitae.
- Statement of expertise and scarcity made by the employer (if the employer wants to cooperate). When there are doubts about the expertise and the scarcity the tax office may require proof about the efforts done to found somebody local, like advertisements, headhunter/recruitment agency etc.
If Expatax will deal with the application also provide:
- Power of attorney signed by the employer
- Power of attorney signed by the employee
- Copy of your passport
- Completed questionnaire employer
- Completed questionnaire employee
